'I love doing Maddie’s yoga classes, they bring me so much joy every week! The best thing for me is the creativity and variety of each class- I’ve done poses with maddie Id never done before and flow sequences I would never have thought of in my own practice! She keeps it interesting and exciting every week. She super knowledgeable and I also really appreciate the meditation at beginning and end of a class, so calming and relaxing. Zoom zen has kept me going through lockdown'.
